 1. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Damaged or Wilted Flowers If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the bouquet. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

 • Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive the wrong bouquet or an item is missing from your order, please notify us immediately. We will send a replacement as soon as possible at no extra cost.

 • Non-Delivery If your order has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe due to an error on our part, we will offer a full refund or redelivery at the earliest convenience.

 3. Non-Refundable Cases

 We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

 • Incorrect Delivery Information

 If the recipient’s address or contact details provided were incorrect, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Please ensure all information is accurate at checkout.

 • Recipient Unavailability

 If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and the flowers are left in a safe place or with a neighbour, a refund will not be issued.

 • Customer Change of Mind

 As flowers are freshly prepared to order, we do not provide refunds for changes of mind after the arrangement has been made and dispatched.

 4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

 If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

 2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the bouquet.

 3. Let us know whether you prefer a replacement or a refund (where applicable). Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

 5. Cancellation Policy

 • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

 • Cancellations made on the same day as delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as the flowers will already have been prepared.
